Third party callers to suicide prevention centers

Résumé

The results of an in-depth study of calls from third parties was carried out by Montreal's suicide prevention center, Suicide Action Montréal. A total of 101 third party calls were received in the study period Feb.1 - Mar. 31/85. 70% were from females, with no particular age group overrepresented. 66% wanted to know how they could intervene.
