Losing a child to suicide: A personal and professional reflection

Auteurs

Tony Gee.

Résumé

This article shares the author's personal and professional reflections on losing a child to suicide. And in terms of the prevailing academic “story” of suicide, it appears the biopsychosocial model is what remains currently in vogue, although this also appears to be overwhelmed at present by the biological or "illness" model.
