Francis Roy is a lecturer and research professional in the Department of Psychoeducation at Université de Sherbrooke, as well as a teacher in the Department of Psychology at CEGEP de Sherbrooke. As a PhD student in Community Psychology from Université du Québec à Montréal and a fellow at the Institut de recherche Robert-Sauvé in occupational health and safety (IRSST), Francis Roy has been involved as a member of the CRISE for several years. His research interests centre on psychological health and suicide prevention in the workplace, occupational reintegration and recovery after at mental health problem, and the development of interventions in mental health promotion in schools. His doctoral thesis explores the process of recovery and occupational reintegration of workers following a suicide attempt.
